Group Fitness Class Schedule (Offered Year-Round)!
Group Fitness Classes are included with all of our memberships. Drop-ins for non-members are welcome to attend a class for $20 fee. No pre-registration is required. Just come to our facility 10 minutes before class starts to reserve your spot.
Mondays @ 8AM:
Core/ Cardio
Workout your abs with Coach Bruce for a 45-minute pure core workout! Low-impact class. Great for beginners!
$20 for non-members to attend.
Wednesdays @ 8am:
BRUteCamp
Build some muscle with Coach Bruce during this 1-hour HIITT workout (similar to Barry’s Boot Camp that includes weights and cardio). We have weights ranging from 2 lbs.-100 lbs! Modifications are available for the workouts.
$20 for non-members to attend.
Fridays @ 8AM (Summer only! Starting 5/23/25):
“Summer Crunch”
Get a double dose of core exercises with this Summer only core class with Coach Bruce!

SatuRdays @ 8AM:
Beach BRUteCamp “Boot Camp Class”
Get your sweat on while working out on Rehoboth Beach! During the colder months the class will be held indoors.
$20 for non-member to attend.
